We're back from under our rock

So I know it's been over a year since we've posted on this lovely blog. Partially due to the fact we were living in different states and kinda lost the Twi bug =( BUT never fear.... we've returned! Well at least I have ["wolf girl"].

So just to catch everyone up to date on the going-on's .... Remedy and I moved to Seattle almost 2 months ago [YES we're a hop, skip, and a jump away from Forks!] We're still getting settled with work, school and night life etc. Frankly I'm thrilled to be back in a big city and to have some freedom! I love my family and I kinda like Texas too, but it was time for me to GO!

But I'm not here to discuss any of that! I'm here to discuss Twi... and the fact that the end of an epic Era is now in out near future! In less than 8 weeks Breaking Dawn part 2 will be released for the entire world to see. THE END of it all! Currently we're trying to decide if we're going to skip work November 16 and watch all 5 movies in the theaters..... Its funny how about 2 years ago we thought the fans that sat through 3 movies were psycho yet we're contemplating sitting through all 5! Yes it seems like a super fun idea for any Twi fan and 2 best friends.... but lil ole me has the attention span of a 8 year old sometimes.... and I can only take so much of Edward.... But at the same time I feel we need to go out with a bang for the final film... hell maybe even go to Forks or something , idk.

So for those of you who still follow our lil blog, what are your plans for Twi-Day (11.16.12)? Getting dressed up? Gonna watch all 5 films?? Let us know!

Reasons: First up, Reasons to Love Twilight

We thought we should do something special to celebrate the coming of Eclipse so we came up with a series of posts called Reasons. We'll be sharing our knowledge with everyone out there, by knowledge i mean snarky, bitchy, down right crazy meaningless barb.

Everyone should love Twilight cause its funnie as alll heck!! I mean yea Edward is a super rude-ass and Rosalie is a b-i-t-c-h. but it is hilarious! Exhibit A: The humans... you can't watch Twilight and not think their all funny "Hey Arizona!!"

And Charlie? Funny in a awkward-Dad way. Twilight is like your typical teen love story with a huge twist!! Yea it has its moments when you're like "WTF this would never happen in real life" .. but then again none of this movie should happen in your real life because, well, Vampires dont exist, but you still can't resist this movie- "Its soooo mouth-watering [Laurent voice]"!

TwiRemedy:

I'll make this easy, Twilight needs more sex, end of story. You gotta have more Vamp action...maybe not-spare yourself, never google that. Edward needs to get laid more than any one else in the series, maybe a little less than Mike does.

Look i'm team Eddie but i'm also team who ever's getting some. I'm also team Bella but i really wanted her to beat Lauren's ass. I'm sure Bella would be the first to volunteer and give Edward some...after she kicks Laurens ass.

There's even more reasons to love Twilight, we've really only named a small few. I love it because it taught me a lot....maybe the most important lesson ever: always lock your windows at night.

Twilight's more than just a book, or is it?!?

Twilight's just a book, get. it. together! 

According to Yahoo News Twilight was ranked #5 as the most "challenging books" along side "Harry Potter" "The Catcher in Rye" "The perks of being a Wallflower" "To Kill a Mocking Bird" and the "Color Purple" because of their sexual content.

Gotta agree with them about the "Color Purple"-sorry people but i wanted to snatch Sealy a few times, sorry but it needed to be said. "The perks of being a Wallflower" should be in the top five as well, for a teenage book that thing was dirrrrrty! Doesn't mean i didn't enjoy reading every minute of it but that girl was nastee! lol

As for the rest: I don't remember Harry talking about his wand in any of the books (i know right, i felt kinda ripped off! the kid got excited about a kiss-on his damn lips- but that's as far as his sexual relationship went.) Now Harry Pothead was a completely different book-stumbled across it during high school in the school library-that book needs to be number one on that list.

How many times do we need to tell these "parents" it's just a damn book. I mean Twilight was about as sexual as reading the bible. Actually there is more sex in the bible or does it not count because they didn't describe who put what where? Breaking Dawn, now that's a completely different story....broken head boards and all considered it still fell short, it wasn't dirty. They need me to recommend some "challenging books" cause i've read a few "young adult" back in the day, those would give the bible a run for it's money.

Twilight didn't make me want to have sex, i wanted my own Edward but Reneesme was a healthy dose of Birth Control.

Some seem to think the franchise isn't making as much money as it could by opting not to  release a video game. I remember talks of an unofficial video game last year based on the books without the voices of the actors or Summit's approval, i'm not sure if it was ever made. The question still stands would we buy it? speaking for me personally i don't know because i can't imagine it being much fun, the whole game would  probably be about The vamps vs. The wolves it would be a bit boring unless it's a New Moon game similar to the Volvo one with the Voltera maze or something of the sort.

17Mag hearts vampires & Ashley's fitness!

So I picked up the recent issue of 17 magazine [i dont even know why... i'm past the teen years but i like most of the content of this mag]... anywho... I'm flipping through the first few pages and came across a picture of Paul Wesley [Setefan Salvatore from Vampire Diaries......] So I immedintly flipped right to that page. Why? Well he's the hottest Vampire I've seen since Kellan Bear!! So theres a short & simple little interview with him followed by a comparison of him... or 'Stefan Salvatore vs. Edward [Cullen].... My first reaction was a laugh, cause I can't see how one can compare these to 'vampire characters when its sooo clear which is hotter.. or simply cute in general [.... that would be Stefan ppl.... i'm a wolf girl 100% but i will abandon the Twi-world for Stefan.. Paul Wesley!] ... so yea there's a comparison btwn these two fictional character and I thoguht I'd share...

so the categories were:

BEST KISSING STYLE

- Stefan.. because he can kiss Elana without fear of hurting her.. unlike others of his kind [i.e. Edward]
BEST SHIRTLESS BODY
-.Stefan of course.. don't act surprised!!! My eyes *still* burn at the thought of Edwards shirtless-ness in NM.... eww [sorrie... thats my opinion]

BEST[or least scary] "VAMPING OUT" LOOK

- Edward... Although I highly disagree about the sparkly one, Stefans "vampire" isn't too cute either. The veins under his eyes move like worms!! lol

Also in the mag [that seems to be VERY Twilight friendly] was an ecercise section with tips from a lady named Lehua Harrison.. she's Ashley [Greene's] pilates trainer. No since Ms. Ashley is always in good shape, I will def be trying out these exercise tips!!!

Our half-year of Twilight

Most Twilight Fans jumped on board the Twi-cruise in late 2008 or early 2009, if not sooner. But not us, nope, we were late boarders.. missed the first 2 or 3 boats in fact! We missed the New Moon script leak, the first NM preview and the entire press tour. BUT never fail... we didn't miss the boat in June, we jumped on board and never got off! haha... who would have thought that a few days off from work and 1 movie rental would turn into this??

TwiHershey: This mania, as i call it, all started June 2009...I had a few days off work and went to visit 'the vampire lover' while she was at home kinda sick... [im such a good friend, huh? =)] anywho... So we start watching twilight and i cant stop laughing... all of it was funny to me- the gloomy colors, the way Edward eye-balled Bella in Bio class [wtf was up with that?! rude-ass...], Mike Newton and his corny-ness [ex. "Hey Arizona! How you likin' the rain gurl!" ], About 2 or 3 weeks after that 'ms vampire lover' had me sit through twilight w/ the commentary on... omg it was the most grueling 90+ minutes of my life! but it was also funny as hell! Around this same time i first started discovering Twilight fan sites... and then it all went crazy from there. Just from the fact that we thought Catherine Hardwick didnt direct New Moon because Rob got her fired due to her inappropriate comments [i.e. listen to Twilight commentary] , we decided to make a blog on our thoughts of Twilight.. and in the process I realized discovered how gorgeous Kellan Bear is.. as well as Taylor, discovered Ashley has a really good taste in clothes, and KStew is one chic not to F*** with.... you've all seen her bitch face, dont pretend you haven't.

TwiRemedy: Damn it's only been six months? seriously, that's it? after calling that one nonstop for days she finally drags her ass to my place and i forced her to watch Twilight-she's not as great as she says, she didn't even want to watch it can you believe that? [i did too want to watch it... but not after another movie cause Twiligt is like 2 hours!! i knew i' woulda been tooo tired to watch it!] then she had the nerve to tell me she didn't like Edward. That's how the craziness started: one week of nonstop reading, six months of nonstop blogging, two months of nonstop Fanfics and our little hobby's growing. I think i had a life before twi even though i don't really remember it (My DVR was so full i deleted the entire thing lol) twi's worth the lack of sleep/life, I'm just happy we're not the only crazies out there!
**fyi i love Rob's accent and that's why i have no problem watching Twilight with the commentary on :} As for KStew, the bitch face is monumental, it should be apart of history lol I've seen it do amazing things.

this little film started a frenzie!! Haha...I still remeber my friend telling me it was so cheesy and laughing at Cam "hmmm You brought a snack" lol [ps. i love watching old movie trailors... reminds me why i ended up liking a movie.]

A tiny Kellan Bear update

Hi all!!! Ahhh I've been sooo MIA from the Twilight world its not even funny. I watched Twilight the other night and fell asleep! lol didn't even get to my fav parts [i.e. "its the flourascents" and "Arizona, how you liking the rain girl!"] So thats not good! Anywho... after browsing the internet and playing catch up, I've discovered a few things:

1) Nightmare on Elm Street [part 5,000- lol]  comes out April 30 and the new trailor has more Kellan Bear.... but I think he dies in this one... I swear the 1st trailor showed him jumping off a roof. But I hope he at least last makes it through the first hour.

and 2) saw this pic on a blog and almost choked from being so shocked.... Chase Crawford, Ryan Philippe and Kellan Bear... how hott is thise?!?!? I want to know where were they! I want to be there!!!

*sorrie again for being soo MIA, its a crazy semester for me.. I'll try to blog during the weekends.. thats when i have the most free time [which still isnt much].  and thanks to all the viewers & voters... we're gettin up there on the Top Sites!!!!!!!!!!!

Hatin" in the TwiDom

The fighting in the twidom is getting out of control. My fav. fanfics are being deleted, twifans are creating discussion boards about hating other twihards and we won't mention "borrowing" identical material from other blogs...did i mention copying, word for word?

Shouldn't we be fighting about things that matter? we already know team Edward is def. better than team Jacob. Besides what people choose to post on their blogs is their prerogative as long as they didn't steal it from another blog.
....and he has bad hair!
Let's cut the shit, relax and chill for a sec. We need to get back to things that really matter like Kstew's fugly weave, it's giving Jacob's a run for it's money and it's hurting my eyes all at the same time!

did they recycle it? i can't honestly tell which is worst, they look the same....i wonder??


Shame on you Summit, all you had to do was ask...we would have been more than happy to point you in the right direction of a proper weave!

Apparently Twilight= major business

My mom showed me this commerical the other day, and I laughed for 2 reasons. (1) it was cute and (2) its yet another commerical that refrences Twilight. Seriously now, is Summit getting a small portion of the proceeds these companys make? I mean, they wouldn't be making these commericals if it were not for Twilight being as successful as it was.  But at least this one is better than Bing.com lol...


Tthe tricky thing that Verison forgot is their only capturing 1/2 of the fandom.... the Team Edward half.. Guess us Wolf lovers will be going to AT&T because the bloodsucker is clearly on Verizon's boat..[and they proved again why edwards SUCKS... and not in the literal sense.. HE LEFT!!!]

Taylor and Kellan's weekend in Miami

Heey all... Sorry for the lack of post.. not much has been going on in the twilight word... everyone is still on vay-cay... lucky them!! However, there was some beach tournment thing in Florida this past weekend. TwiRemedy says Kellan Bear and Jailbait were there... but i didnt get to watch cause I don't have Direct TV.. booo So maybe if/when i find clips i will post them. Have a good and safe week!!

am i the only one who's disturbed by that lady? did she just say experimenting in blood drinking and biting was ok? then again she calls herself a psychic vampire so she must know! Fyi, that was sarcasm. For the record we like Robward cause he's hot not because we're curious about being bitten. I'm sure most of us will agree we're not looking for someone to dominate us....fine, not all the time. We also don't want someone drinking our blood cause that's just creepy as hell. What do you think, are people taking Twilight out of context? it's a love story, the new age Romeo and Juliet. Katherine referenced Shakespeare in every book through out the entire series so where the hell did the biting/blood drinking fantasy come from?

There are worst things than having to look at Edward for two hrs plus the live chat with Pfach might be interesting. Twilight Town on the small screen

**BREAKING NEWS** well not really... but now that i have your attention, listen to this!!!


Apparently some TV execs are jumping on board the vampire train, but in a different. According to an Internet source a reality show may be in the works for the people of Forks, WA. I'm not sure how much of this will be consensual... I know within the last year Forks has gotten a lot of exposure from TwiFans visiting the small town and REELZ channel doing various visitations to the town. Now, as if all that was not enough, there will be a reality show- showcasing what the people towns folk of Forks do on a daily basis... expect to see little that has to do with wolfs, Vampires, anything sparkly, and Volvos... What do you guys think about this show idea?!
